Dr Adrian Kat graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1993 and commenced working in several prominent Perth practices as well as private practice in the United Kingdom.
Further studies and professional practice took him to Milan, Geneva and the United States. He completed surgical implant training in Geneva in 2001. Later he graduated from one of the most prestigious dental training institutions in the US, The Las Vegas Institute (LVI) of Advanced Dental Studies, which is internationally recognised as a leader in cosmetic dental education.
Since beginning dental practice, Dr Kat has completed thousands of hours of continuing education, with an emphasis on dental cosmetics, implant surgery, head, neck and facial pain treatment, as well as dental reconstruction.
Dr Kat has introduced cutting-edge techniques to Perth. He is in demand to share his knowledge with other members of the dental profession. In 2006 he was invited to be the lecturer for Sirona Dental Systems and train other dentists in various aspects of dentistry with an emphasis on dental lasers and in 2007 he was invited to present at the Nobel Biocare Implant course for advanced implant clinicians.
